I haven't tried freezing dessert breads. I will have to try that. I have frozen homemade (unbaked) dinner rolls. I freeze them in muffin cups and then pop them in a freezer bag. I have found that they are pretty dense if they are frozen much monger than a month too, though. And I'm all out. I should fired up that bread machine. ;)

Laura, we did the unbaked sticky buns for the freezer. Did you find they did not do well long term, as in more than a month?

Yes I do.. sometimes with friends we do a whole day. But on a regular basis, I often make a double batch of whatever casserole or soup I'm making for supper.. and put one in the freezer. I also always do this with cookies/cinnamon rolls etc.. make a huge batch so some can go in the freezer. (P.S. - the cookies/cinnamon rolls go in the freezer already scooped or rolled, but not baked. Then you get to have the "fresh Baked goodness" again and again.)

I do freezer cooking, too. I usually stick to one type of meat at a time. When I find a good deal, I will stock up and then cook a bunch of 乱中年女人伦av using it. I'm about to do a whole Turkey in the next few days, but here is a link to the last one I did with ground beef:

I use aluminum disposable pans for my casserole type dishes. i wrap them in foil and then bag them. I give these away to church friends who have had babies or whatnot pretty often too, and its simple because they can just pop it in the oven and then toss it.
